While we are just minutes from all the conveniences and amenities of Santa Cruz, guests can enjoy the tranquil setting of Venture Valley. There are few corporate retreat facilities in Northern California that can offer the beautiful views and natural setting of our property. Some highlights of the property include 15 guest rooms, three large meeting rooms, numerous break-out rooms, a dining room, and a pool and spa. Our meeting rooms are not like typical conference rooms. Each room has a fireplace and lots of windows that let in natural light. Since we are located close to the beach and the mountains guests can enjoy the best of Northern California. Executive business retreat guests are able to relax in the pool or spa during free time. With advance notice, we can even arrange for special amenities like massages.

Our staff can help plan excursions to Santa Cruz, Monterey Bay or other locations in Northern California. Executive business retreat centers do not all offer the customized services that guests enjoy at Venture Valley. Each event that we host is tailored to the individual group, and guests have exclusive use of the facility. Participants are able to conduct meetings anywhere on-site, without being distracted by other groups or events going on at the same time.
